The movies seems like compressing a season of 13 episoded into 2 hours, lacking fluency and consistency. Almost every character appeared in this movie and enrolled in the action, which is some good fan service. The knightmare fighting scenes are good, but not amazing. And the whole quality is more like a summary movie cut from seasonal anime than a newly made movie, which is a little disappointing. The dialogues and actions of characters are a little unnatural. Apparently the staff intended to cater to fans with some classical words from Lelouch, but the dialogues just feel weird.
